Verdict
Solar Edge made a winning reappearance at Bath and should go well again off the front. THE THAMES BOATMAN stumbled at the start that day and was eventually only beaten by the narrowest of margins. He could exact his revenge now confidence has been restored courtesy of a ready Goodwood success. Mesaafi and Diomed Duke are others expected to have a say in a competitive sprint handicap.
