Verdict
Liam Mera Kai was narrowly beaten at Southwell last time, but he's had plenty of chances now and preference goes to MALDIVES. The daughter of Camelot was having her first outing since well beaten at Royal Ascot in June, when finishing a close fourth in a handicap at Salisbury recently. She gave the impression this extra test of stamina will suit and is taken to open her account back in novice company. Flagbearer and Sailor Song are others to note.
